My passion for WELLNESS is deeply rooted in my interest to understand the human happiness and wellbeing. I sincerely believe in the practical benefits of a life spent helping others, fully investing in the cultivation of empathy and compassion. From an Ethical and Christian perspective, we work with a Therapeutic Method of Mind Renewal, through Emotional & Spiritual Intelligence and CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps us to balance our lives with the INTEGRITY OF THE HUMAN BEING: spirit, soul and body. We deal with Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolarity, Borderline, Disorders of Personality and Character, Family dysfunctions in the areas: matrimonial, childhood, youth and adolescence, as well as paternity conflicts and others. With this end in mind I have always sought out challenging and rewarding opportunities to work with people and to study human relationships and challenges. I have had a long history of Christian Psychology and related work experiences. As a christian and church leader I have used my professional field to work with the INTEGRITY of the human being: Spirit, Soul and Body.
My chosen treatment preferences are Emotional Life Coach, Christian Counseling and CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so i can be more focused on results then on the diseases.
Also to set our whole being in BALANCE we work with NUTRITION, CULINARY MEDICINE and ORTHOMOLECULAR (Dietary & Supplements).
