Many Gen Z and Gen Alpha students carry silent pressure, anxiety, and exhaustion and it can feel like no one truly understands. My role is to offer a safe, respectful space where you can talk freely, build emotional strength, and regain direction. I use structured, evidence-informed tools inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support stress management, anxiety, low mood, and life adjustment challenges. Together, we will work on healthier thoughts, better coping skills, boundaries, and practical steps forward, with compassion, clarity, and hope.
